Isobune Sushi in Japan Town.

Isobune Sushi is 回転ずし(Sushi boast) type of restaurant. According to English translation, The sushi is actually coming on the boart.

The quality is really depend on the timing. Sometimes is really good. Sometimes is so so. But it's almost ok for me. I'm not sure why the rice is too small in US sushi. Isobune's one is also a little bit small. But it's almost Japanese type of しゃり(rice).
