Tamago-Kake-Gohan

Today, I have finally tried Tamago-Kake-Gohan in US. Tamago-Kake-Gohan is one of most popular recipe in Japan. We usually take this in the morning as breakfast.
Basically, we gave up to eat Tamago-Kake-Gohan in US because they don't have a culture to eat egg in the raw in US. But, recently, I have read that My co-worker Takahiro have tried to eat it in FaceBook. Then I seriously wanted to eat it as well.
Finally, @kurobozu found the fresh egg in Nijiya. That's why we decided to eat it tonight.
It's really yummy! We love Tamago-Kake-Gohan.
