San Francisco Parking Machine

Yesterday, I had a chance to use this type of parking machine at Embarcadero. Honestly this is not first time to use this machine but I gave up to use it before. Because this machine seems difficult to use for me.
At this time I was not alone. Some my co-workers were there. Finally we took over 5 minuets to use this machine. It's really bad UI. But I became a little happy because why I couldn't use it is not only the problem myself but also even Native people are still confused. :-P
I heard SF is introducing a whole new parking machine recently. I know it has more function but I also hope it's more useful/easy than old one.
